Seven new houses in Rye Street, Bishop's Stortford.
RCA Structures provided structural design works for a block of seven new houses in Rye Street, Bishop's Stortford. Works were undertaken for a longstanding client.
Site Investigations found pockets of very poor ground and a pile and ground beam solution had to be utilised for the foundations. RCA Structures provided design and RC details all on budget and on time.
