With an expanding portfolio of projects, we're looking for talented Senior or Graduate Structural Engineers to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Chartered (or working towards) status with ICE or IStructE.
- 4+ years' experience in structural design (senior role) - consultancy experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Eurocodes, British Standards and construction materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry).
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Role - Senior Structural Engineer
As a Senior Structural Engineer you will lead the design and delivery of complex structural projects, collaborating with architects, contractors and clients to develop efficient, buildable engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural design from concept through to construction.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
- Prepare design calculations, technical reports and detailed drawings.
- Oversee site inspections, structural assessments and quality assurance reviews.
- Contribute to project management, budgeting and client liaison.
The Role - Graduate Structural Engineer
We offer ambitious graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, working with experienced engineers and receiving support towards chartership (IStructE or ICE).
Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in design and analysis of building structures.
- Prepare calculations, drawings, models and project documentation.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, structural assessments and design reports.
- Assist with site visits, inspections and construction stage support.
- Work toward professional development and chartered status.
