35 New housing units for Amherst Homes in Stansted, Essex.

The 35 Units varied in size and included 3 storey structures along with small bungalows. The site was heavily sloped and required numerous retaining walls and re-leveling of the site. The site was also surrounded by numerous mature trees which had to be accounted for in the design of the foundations in the clay soil. RCA completed the project on time and to the clients specifications.
